Is Maple Catering Halal certified?

No, but no pork no lard is incorporated in our menu.

Question 3

How do we know if the order has been confirmed?

We will be sending you an Email Order Confirmation within 24 hours after receiving your booking form.    From there, you can verify your booking with the email Order Confirmation sent to you.  You may call us at 8909 9371 drop us an email at sales@maplecatering.com.sg if you did not receive your Order Confirmation.

How do we place an order?

You have to send an enquiry form online and we will contact you for order confirmation. Alternatively, you can contact at 8908 9371 on Monday to Friday (9am-6pm) and Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays (9am- 5pm) or email us at sales@maplecatering.com.sg

How long in advance should we place an order?

Orders have to be placed 3 working days in advance subject to availability.  We encourage customers to place their orders earlier especially during peak seasons (eg. weekends and festive period). We regret that we will not be able to accept any orders once the delivery schedule is full.

How do we make changes to our order?

If you need to make changes to your Order Confirmation, you can call us at 8908 9371 at least 3 working days before the delivery date.    We do not accept verbal communication for order changes and confirmation/cancellation of an order.   Any changes, confirmation, cancellation must be done in writing, agreed by both parties.

We can provide Vegetarian Bento Box Set or alternatively change some of the dishes in the menu to vegetarian dish option, but there will be no selections.

Delivery charges

Delivery surcharge of $25 is applicable for order below $200.    CBD area additional $25.   Delivery on Public Holiday additional $25 surcharge.

Question 14

Food consumption

Based on NEA guidelines, food is best consumed within the 4 hours timeframe from the time the food is cooked at our central kitchen. We will need to allocate at least 1.5 hours for the food packing and delivery, which includes any unforeseen circumstances during the delivery process. Hence, it is advisable to consume the food within 2 hours upon arrival.
